Within ValueOptions’ Employer Solutions Division, the Health & Performance Solutions (HPS) department develops products and services that manage behavioral risks to organizational and employee productivity. By capitalizing on innovative technologies and our extensive experience in the behavioral health care field, we are able to precisely target the behavioral health needs for an employer, deliver a comprehensive and integrated range of services and provide results-oriented reporting to measure the impact of those services.
Core services include mental health and substance abuse coverage (MHSA), employee assistance program (EAP) services and coordinated disability management services. A vast array of specialty services includes wellness coaching. Our approach to the delivery of these services includes reaching out to a broad audience for optimal support – not only the employee or family member, supervisor, and human resources staff but also the executive staff.
